I just cloned an old ssd to a new samsung 850 evo (250gb) and had this problem. this worked !! thanks a lot! (fyi for other people who may have also this problem -and i dont know if that was a problem too- but i also had to update my intel chipset and sata drivers -which i did before doing this and it didnt do anything..
